If your health could use some attention and inspiration, or you’re looking to focus on something more specific, such as how to include more vegetarian protein (that isn’t just adding cheese or eggs!) but you don’t know where to start, I can help you plan meals. I found it helpful to have someone that I could call or message with quick questions like “Is this better than this?” – I can do this for you.
You would like to incorporate more exercise and movement
If you know your fitness levels need some attention but you don’t know where to start, or find the gym daunting (I know I did!) or feel out of touch with terms such as AMRAP and HIIT, to name just a few, I can help create an exercise plan for you. This can be a starting point to help set a good foundation. Getting into shape is a journey and it’s great to have a buddy.

I can give you tools and techniques to use so you can increase your positivity on your terms at your pace.

If you are trying to move towards a more calm and less frustrated and wired way of life, this involves changing the pace of your daily routine. Serenity is achieved through effort.Just as we need proper food and exercise habits to have healthy bodies, we need calmness to have peaceful minds. I can show you some relaxation techniques and together we can create that elusive state of calm that seems to belong solely to Tibetan monks, but can be yours too so you can achieve your goals.
You would like to have more structure and significance in your routine
If you are feeling lost, confused and without a plan, I can help you find your way and get you back on track. We can work together to identify the areas of your life that need some focus and attention, then put in place activities that could support those areas. Setting aside quality time for your activities, let’s call them rituals (or even ceremonies!), gives us authority to transform our perceptions and experiences and in the process, our reality.
