I’m so happy you made it here!
If you’re interested in achieving a balance between mind, body and soul, then you’re certainly in the right place.
Since time immemorial, I have been searching for balance as I knew it would enhance my overall health, wellbeing and outlook on life. As I journeyed through the by-lanes and alleyways of life, I learnt a lot and over the years, I’ve put into practise all the ‘good stuff’ I’d heard, read and studied in groups, independently, or with the help of my wonderful teachers.
I started making small changes which slowly became my way of life and I began experiencing harmony in all aspects of my life, at that point, I had the realisation, I found my balance and vowed to maintain it.
But what is balance? The truth is, it means different things to different people. For me, it was harmony, but to you, it could be creating time for the things you have to do, as well as the things you would like to do. That’s where I can help you.
I found that making changes to the stepping stones below, created a greater balance for me to create a life more meaningful and fulfilling. Now I want to share this with you.
